Summertime in Sölden
Majestic mountains, crystal clear air, spectacular views and pure action. Sölden has many things to offer, such as the top music-festivals and other events. Summer begins with a parade of stars and Sölden becomes a mecca of party-goers! In July internationally renowned bands will set off fireworks of folk music. These are events in the Ötztal Alps that you may not want to miss. All concerts of the summer festival are open air and free of charge.

Fascination: Glacier
Skiers and snowboarders slide over the soft snow on the Ötztal Glacier even in summer. Enjoy the wonderful panorama from the 13-kmroad, the highest road with a view in the eastern Alps. It leads up to an altitude of 2.800 m.
Ski Powder - Wintersports
The skiing area of Sölden is fully developed, cable cars and lifts are at the latest development of technology. Sportsmen are taken to the starting point of the well-prepared ski-runs in record time.
Sölden has also invested in additional worlds of attractions and adventure which will make you look, become amazed and have fun! Beside the skiing area it is primarily the fabulous scenery of the untouched mountains with the highest summit of the Tyrol, the “Wildspitze” (3.774 m), which makes skiing and snowboarding in the Ötztal Arena an unforgettable experience.
